Santa has arrived in Melbourne at Eastland

Santa has arrived in Melbourne at Eastland

You better watch out Melbourne, because Santa Claus officially touched down his sleigh this morning and has launched the festive season at Eastland.

My son Jack and I were very excited to be invited along to join Santa for a special breakfast, and experience the gorgeous new Santa set which will play host to the 2018 Santa Photos at Eastland.

The celebrations included playing musical instruments, singing along to some of our favourite Christmas carols and of course, an exclusive meet and greet with jolly old Mr Claus.

The gorgeous new set provides more than a just photo with Santa. This year it features animated decorations, a range of craft activities, sensory and light decorations, and lots of entertainment (including Mrs Claus and some of Santa’s Elves) to ensure the experience is a sleigh-load of fun for all kids, big and small.

BREAKING NEWS! Eastland will also be introducing Fast Pass, an online booking system for Santa photos to reduce wait times.

AND! Sensitive Santa sessions will also be available before trade on Wednesdays and Saturday for those who require a more peaceful experience prior to the crowds commencing. The centre will reduce sound, lighting and entertainment elements.

Santa Photo’s are running daily from this weekend, all the way up to Christmas Eve.

OH YEAH! This Christmas, Eastland will also be offering Pet Photography! HELLS YEAH! Bring your pooch or fluffy friend along to The Atrium (on Level 3, next to Abacus All Day and Robinsons Bookshop) to join in on the fun.

The Atrium will be perfectly styled for a great animal experience with Santa, festive props, and a magical set for photography and sessions will run on Wednesday and Sundays.
