Talk + Taste at Pilgrim Bar

Melbourne’s best-kept secret, Pilgrim Bar, will this week play host to its first ever Talk + Taste – a new event series that gives food lovers the chance to get up close and personal with a range of local food and drink producers right on the edge of the Yarra River.

The first Talk + Taste is set to take place this Thursday 18th February and will be hosted by Four Pillars Global Ambassador, and ex Black Pearl bartender, Sam Ng.

Sam will chat through the art of creating and drinking quality gin and guests will be able to learn some of the secrets behind the production of this exquisite spirit – we’re gin-trigued!

“I love being a part of these types of events, as it gives Four Pillars as a local producer the opportunity to connect with our consumer, it allows us to share our passion for gin with like­minded people over a drink! It’s exciting that Pilgrim is utilising our relationship to grow the appreciation of gin in Melbourne ” Sam said.

As well as having the opportunity to pick Sam’s brains, guests of this intimate event will enjoy a tasting session paired back with complimentary canapés.

Tickets are limited and can be purchased here for $15.

Talk + Taste will take place at Pilgrim Bar each month and upcoming producers include Beechworth, Archie Rose Distilling Co and Ar Fion & Salo wines.
