With the À la Carte menu including Toasted Waffle with marsala caramel, with fresh fig, mascarpone cheese and walnut; Our Kedgeree, with wet biodynamic rice, smoked trout, soft egg and fine herbs (pictured) and The Windsor Breakfast, with eggs any style on sourdough, thick cut cold-smoked bacon, slow roast tomato, Swiss brown mushrooms and zucchini pickle; there is something to suit every palette.
For those with dietary requirements, the Gluten free bircher muesli with almond milk, fresh pear, sheep milk yoghurt and Seville orange marmalade is a popular choice with good reason. It’s delicious.
A Continental Breakfast is also there for those wanting a bit of everything with a daily bakery selection, organic sourdough toast and condiments, and a potted seasonal fruit dish.
