Stylish Spring clean and wardrobe update

Spring has arrived which means two things in my home… It’s time to update my wardrobe for the new season and give my home a thorough Spring clean.

Thanks to the team at Dyson and their amazing new V8 Absolute, half this equation is going to be a piece of cake! And as far as Spring fashion goes, I’m going to focus on injecting some monochrome styles and a few new season trends including denim and stripes.

Spring Clean with Dyson

I’m a long time lover of Dyson products, with the V8 Absolute being a stylish addition to the other products I already own – the V6 Absolute and Supersonic hair dryer.

My favourite features of the new V8 Absolute cord-free vacuum is that it runs up to 40 minutes, has a super powerful motor and comes with a battery indicator. Cord-free means hassle-free in my house and the fact that it weighs just 2.6kg will make a lot of Mums like me smile… Light, powerful and stylish = winning combo!

Because it’s the most powerful suction of any cordless stick vacuum on the market, it means I can whip around my home and have the carpets and floorboards clean in no time (without my vacuum losing a sign of suction or power). A direct-drive cleaner head removes ground-in dirt and pet hair from carpets, while a soft roller cleaner head removes large debris and fine dust from hard floors simultaneously.

Long-time Dyson vacuum fans, say hello the the Hygienic dirt ejector! As the vacuum bin is emptied, a rubber collar slides down the shroud, scraping dirt off. This enables the user to hygienically drive out trapped dust and debris in a single action, with no need to touch the dirt. Yasss!

The V8 Absolute can easily be stored in it’s docking station on the wall, or pop it upright into the linen closet like I do – at the ready within arm’s reach if my floors need a quick vacuum.

With the house now sparkling clean, I’m shifting my attention over to the wardrobe. This season focusing on the basics, which will form the foundation of my fashion throughout the next 6 months. Black, white, grey, denim and stripes all fit nicely into my vision…

2. Core AccessoriesCoach double zip bag, The Daily Edited pouch and Thomas Sabo gold watch.

3. Finishing TouchesReiss Grey Flower perfume, Kookai neck wrap and Lack of Color hat.

It’s such a versatile one! I hate lugging the old vacuum cleaner we have around. It’s so annoying too cause the nozzle heads fall off! Great post hun.
